I had my chainsaw and lawnmower serviced here recently, the price was on the high side and it took some time for the parts to come in for the chainsaw but I didn't need it in hurry so that wasn't a big issue. What was in issue is that the chain sprocket cover fell off whilst cutting the first time I used it and the chain nearly caught me in the face! After inspection it appeared only 1 of the 2 nuts holding the cover in place had been re-attached and only finger tight. I wont be going back.
My lawnmower was repaired in 4 days, I am happy for their quick service.
