When I had concerns with my mom's memory care facility, I contacted the Obudsman and they reccomended Pick Law. We are so grateful for the reccomendation! Lukas and his team worked very hard on my Mom's case. The whole team was so empathetic and professional. I can't even express how amazing this team is! I wish there were more than 5 stars! Luke and Casey (Pick Law) along with Andrew Thompson (San Diego Elder Law & Advocacy, a 501c3 nonprofit law firm) helped me obtain a perfectly acceptable settlement on behalf of my deceased mother whose foot was broken when staff members at a board and care facility transferred her from a wheelchair to her bed. Furthermore, the initial injury led to bed sores on Mom's backside and a deep tissue injury on her heel due to the position she was in day after day with a cast on her foot.
