Ordered a part last week. It arrived in time and well packed but the car window switch had an obvious anomaly, the main switch was not working. I just called now to see if I could send the part back and get a replacement or refund. The person on the phone could not have been less helpful and just told me I was the first person to ever say a part was faulty and that it was basically impossible as they check all parts.
