Recent visit here and I must say the customer service started off fair. 30 minutes in and the nurse began to be rude to my mom by agitation. My mom is 67 with gi issues. Came to see Dr. moosingtong. No end resolution and bill was $400 for one visit. Would’ve given 2 stars if the areas were at least clean. Not worth the price of visit. Also the billing area is very greedy and urgent on paying upfront.
Before visiting this facility I checked to ensured that my insurance was accepted & could be used for my visit. I handed my insurance card over day of visit and the office accepted it. Their system was down therefore they did not check my eligibility but they still ensured me that my insurance will cover. For months I have been hit with a surprise bill stating insurance not in network. I’m a very ill patient that stay severely sick to even work.
