Très mauvaise expérience dans cette casse auto. On ne se sent pas accueillis du tout, les employés parlent entre eux dans le fond sans même prendre la peine de calculer ou répondre correctement aux clients. Quand on vient ici, c’est pour être servi avec un minimum de respect. J’espère qu’ils prendront ce commentaire au sérieux, car un client mal accueilli est un client perdu…..
