I ordered parts from this shop and confirmed I’d pick them up on Saturday, they said that was no problem. I drove an hour out of my way to get there today at 11AM, only to find the place closed. Their website still says they’re open on Saturday. It was a complete waste of time. I really try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make it hard. Sadly, ordering online is more reliable. I don’t recommend this place.
L’année passes, j’ai amené mon camion pour une réparation, et quand j’ai été le chercher, le siege du conducteur était taché d’huile. La semaine passée, j’ai amener mon camion pour un bruit de fer provenant de la roue avant côté conducteur, le gérant me dit après vérification du mécanicien que le bruit provient de la petite rouille et quand roulant le bruit va partir, le bruit n’a jamais partit, amener le camion chez Ford, et $1300 plus tard le problème régler.
