My experience with the Picerne Group, specifically through their on-site manager Steve Kim at ElevenTen Apartments, has been deeply troubling. What began as a clear violation of tenant rights was followed by dishonest behavior and complete lack of accountability. Steve Kim engaged in unlawful handling of my personal property and then attempted to cover it up with false claims. Sharing my experience from the 2 months I have lived at Blu Laguna Niguel, one of the properties managed by Picerne Residential. The property has very nice amenities and a good design; decent apartments, and an excellent location. The staff at the leasing office, specifically Will, has been super professional and always courteous to me and my family. The problem with the property is the management, or lack of.
