I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. They clearly don’t follow simple order instructions, which is frustrating when you’re paying for your food. I specifically asked for my toppings on the side, but they put them on top anyway and completely ignored my request. My ice cream was also completely melted by the time I got it, the container was tipped over inside the bag, and it was a huge mess.
