Everything tasted good, but the straw i got for my boba was too small for the tapioca to fit through so i had to sit there and try to suck out the black balls for like 10 minutes while getting the tea everywhere
One of our favorite hangouts in Katy is Piccolo Snowman. The desserts are delicious and the games are so fun! I want to give a huge shout out to Madeline. She is the sweetest girl ever and always interacts and plays with our son in between customers. She makes everyone feel welcome!
Although the ice cream tasted good, customer service was awful. First, I ordered 3 medium ice creams, and AFTER they were made, I was informed there were no medium caps. So she gave me large caps instead. When I asked her about it, she claimed there was no delivery and nothing was her fault. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she kept arguing with me, talking back, showing no respect. When I asked where her manager was, she said she was the manager.
