Matthew was a great lawyer in my matter with DETR….he organized my thoughts and brought to the table, in my hearing, an overwhelming series of irrefutable facts that led to a positive outcome…., but not at first…even after having the DETR Judge rule in our favor, they refused to pay the amounts that were owed….amounts, I may add, were federal monies guaranteed under PUA and not money from the State of Nevada.
