Piccolo hearing 에서 보험을 이용하여 $3.000.00 짜리 보청기를 두달전에구매 하였습니다. 그러데 보청기에 같이 따라온 Hearing Aid domes (귀를 보호하기 위해 보청기에 끼우는 플라스틱 커버) 가 size 8mm 라 좀 큰것 같아서 Size 6으로 교환해 줄수 있느냐고 물었더니 Amy Kim 이라는 sale’s woman 하는 말이 오래 장사를 하였지만 나 같이 귓 구멍이 작은 사람은 처음 본다며 인신 공격적인 말을 했습니다.그러니까 주는대로 쓰지 왜 귀찮게 하느냐 식으로 그래서 한 두푼 짜리 물건도 아니고 삼천불을 주고 산 보청기 인데 after service (A/S) 가 너무 나쁘지 않냐고 했드니 하는말이 ‘당신이 $3000.00불 주고 샀느냐 ? 보험에서 페이 했지 하더군요.완전 막말 수준 이런 사람이 sales 를 한다는게 신기 했습니다. 그래서 그냥 나왔습니다.what can l say God bless piccolo .That woman is so Unprofessional.서비스는 빵점 0 인... read more
