La chica de la recepción tenía mala actitud y fue cortante y amargada para dar la información y prestar en servicio además le tomo la foto de mala gana a mi bebé para su certificado de la primera vez en cortarse el cabello, ojalá mejore en su servicio porque el lugar es lindo .
Walked in 6:25pm salon was empty one child was completed his haircut. Representative at receptionist desk stated salon is full. I believe it is very rude to turn away a child when your salon is open and empty. Bad service! please consider walk-in. We are people too! If your business is open until 7 pm. You should consider walk-ins as customers.
Would never go back!!! I took my 3 year old for a cut and it was absolutely horrible! The stylist did not speak one word of English, so the only person that could communicate with him was the receptionist they all had a horrible attitude she made my son cry so much. She scared him without any warning with the hairdryer. He cried so much that I would never take him back they don’t specialize in children.
