This is an excellent restaurant, and you have the hours of operation completely wrong. This doesn't help the restaurant, although they have plenty of business thus far. Here are the correct hours: Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 5pm to 10pm Thurday - Friday - Saturday 5pm to 11pm Sunday 1pm to 10pm
