I love going into Piccadilly. The staff is awesome and Ms. Mona is so amazing. They make you feel so welcomed. Nothing but good energy & excellent customer service. I will recommend them to my family & friends.

Just called to place an order for 10 people. They said it was possible. As the young lady was taking my order, the manager answered and then placed me on hold. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. No one ever came back on the line to tell me they were busy or not. Meanwhile I was driving to the place. When I got there I was still on hold on my cell phone, walked in and saw 2 people in line and 2 people waiting. I stood at the front and told the girl I had just called.
