Because it has to go in the name it doesn't have seating or some of the other things that the restaurants have. They did get us in and out in record time. I love that part!! Not enough parking tho.

On the evening of 6-13-2025 At 7pm I went to Piccadilly express to pick up some food and some of the staff members were not very professional and gave me bad customer service and hospitality service I was asking questions about the food they had out on the line one didn't understand what I was saying and couldn't possibly understand me and speak any English the service was horrible and very unprofessional staff and some of the food had some crust on top of it from not keeping the food mixed up
My first time at the Poplar location. The staff members including the manager were so friendly and welcoming. The manager suggested that I taste the broccoli salad and it was so delicious that I ended up adding it to my meal. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very tasty. I will definitely go back there again if I am in the area. Kudos to the staff 💕
