My delivery order wasn't right. But Ms.Diane the manager took care and resolved the problem without delay. I love the friendly welcoming from the staff. "Fayetteville Piccadilly you Rock with satisfaction.!"
I went there to get food for my grandma who can barely hold her neck up and when I went inside to get her food this lady she was black I don’t know her name but she had the meanest attitude ever and this is the second time I don’t think I feel comfortable with her attitude
The elusive rewards program and unreliable app are absolute junk. Search for yourself on Google Play and look at the rating of only 2.4 with 48 reviews and 5k+ downloads. Not to mention the spelling errors (Picadilly versus Piccadilly, and Restronaut versus restaurant).
