I visited this location last night and tonight for my family and my experience was GREAT! 1000/10 It was very clean inside and the manager and her team were very welcoming and they worked very well together!! They went over and beyond to offer the best costumer service experience. When there wasn’t any chicken tenders left, they made fresh ones with no problem. Really hate this location because food and service sucks compared to Germantown location but I’m sick from major surgery and DoorDash wouldn’t let me order delivery at Germantown location since I’m closer to this location. I requested gravy on chicken and called to confirm if they can see special requests on their end and the lady said yes and got defensive saying she didn’t make my order, I don’t care who made it just wanted it resolved and she said I can come pick up the gravy.
