Thieves! We had worked with Andrew and Piccadilly Painting before and he was quick to come out and bid our job. He requested a $1,200 deposit to start work within 3 weeks - start date came and went. Andrew kept pushing back the date (for a month) until we had to cancel because our job wouldn't be done by when we needed. Andrew indicated he would refund the $1,200, but it has been almost 3 months and he has not refunded the deposit and he is no longer responding to our texts or calls.
We had a terrible experience with Andrew from Piccadilly Painting. He never showed up on time. Only came in the middle of the night to paint. Which led to terrible quality, giant drips, and he left windows open so tons of bugs got stuck in the fresh paint overnight. He also didn’t listen when I asked for semi gloss sheen 3x, he ended up using satin. We ended up firing him in the middle of the job and lost our money, which he never returned.
