Highly competent Dr. The practice itself seems to be drowning around him. Communication between staff, providers and patients is terrible. New management might be helpful.

I accompanied my 80 year old Father to an appointment with Dr. PIcca. Dr. PIcca professionalism, knowledge and ability to interact with patients is amazing. I would highly recommend him.
