Called ahead to have 2 tires balanced and mounted. They were my tires from storage. Juan was available, willed to help, quoted a fair price over the phone. He had to pickup family, so he had to step away for a bit, and he left me a voicemail, which I appreciated. Then when I showed up there, another car pulled in with a flat. I yielded for a bit since theirs was an emergency, and he got them going with a used tire within 10 mins.
