Came out for an estimate and agreed on a price for floor buffing and laying our supplied LVP. Agreed to a time for the work to be done. The day comes, he calls me at 8am to tell me he wouldn't be there at 10am but he would be there at 12pm due to another job. Called me again at 12pm to tell me he wasn't going to be able to show up.
