Doug Palmer was great to have out! In just a few minutes he had the problem identified and a fix ready for us. I would personally recommend Doug for any well and pump needs!
If I could give zero stars I would. They came out for a service call, didn't have the tools to do the job. We went with some one else as we had no water. Still got charged over $800 for nothing, even after calling several times to question the bill.
Hired to test the depth and health of the well and pump. Human they sent alone couldn't get the well cap off and left. Sent us a bill anyway, for water sampling that didn't happen, but mostly for driving, and then sent that to collections.
Doug came out and accessed our problem and got everything fixed in record time. We have had a different local pump and irrigation company come out 4 different times with the same problem. They never fixed the problem, just band aided it. Ten minutes on scene and Doug had a plan for us. Will definitely be recommending Picatti pump to everyone.
my pressure tank stopped working , they were out the next day, very professional and courteous,wonderful job,and very thorough in explaining everything, i will use them only, they are great. thank you very much .
