I smelled something burning on my drive home from work. I looked off the overpass and parked on the side of the road was a dump truck on fire. I immediately thought of picatinny federal credit union. The sign up process feels like they hired consultants to specifically make it feel uncomfortable. DO NOT BANK HERE! they literally dont let you soend ypur own hard earned money. I cant pay anyone with zelle, I cant buy airline tickets, I cant transfer MONEY TO MY OWN ACCOUNT. Every turn with this bank there us 25 hurdles to get through. I hate this bank and once I pay my credit card off in closing all of the accounts I have here abd never looking back.
Maria is excellent! We came in with so many questions. She was patient and explained everything in great detail. Also with the renovations the Denville location is much more inviting.
