I signed up because of the referral program. That's about all they have going for them. If you sign up, tell em Kevin Eaton sent you and you get $25. Everything feels disconnected. The sit behind 2 monitors instead of someone's face is uncomfortable. The sign up process is impersonal and offers no free ink pen or anything (not that it's a big deal but it's an indication as to the whole experience). Feed a $500 savings account out of existence because they claimed it had been inactive. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in 40 years of banking. I would not recommend anyone ever consider trusting their assets to this so called bank.
