Fantastic Italian Place This place is such a gem! Picasso's has the best burger I have ever had! Yeah it is suprising that a Italian place would serve awesome burgers but I am serious. All the other food I have tried there has been good too.
I am from up North where we are known for excellent restaurants (not chain) and the best pizza. Picasso has not once disappointed. This place is always busy-- bc of repeat biz especially and word of mouth biz. Desserts are homemade by chefs mom . Cheesecake is to die for and ooey gooey butter cake is also a favorite. Worst Greek salad – My Greek salad was served without Feta Cheese and without olives and the waiter claims that's the way they make it. My girl friend had a pizza slice and never finished it; and she is a pizza lover. Will never go back to this place.

best pizza in the nation – i worked in Jacksonville for 3 months in 2005 and found the best pizza place in the nation. the pizza is amazing and the staff is very freindly and the secret deserts that are not on the menu are awesome(chocolate torte). going down to florida from michigan in March and cant wait to stop in.
Best Food in Mandarin – I love this place the Chef and Staff always make you feel welcome. It is my recomendation to talk to the Chef to see what he made that is not on the menu because the suprise just might be worth it. The salads at this location are fresh and crist and unexpected perfection. If you dont visit this place it will truely be your loss.

Best place to eat in Jacksonville – Picasso's has the best food (not just the pizza) in Jacksonville. They have three different styles of pizza (St. Louis, New York, and Mediterranean). They all have their plusses and followers but my favorite is the St. Louis style. Most outstanding pizza in Jacksonville – I have tried many (not all) pizza places, both chains and locally owned, and I love Picasso's Pizza soooooo much!!! The crust is not too much and not too little. The cheese is excellent, it's not nasty cheese like Al's Pizza, and it is made with the perfect amount of marinara sauce.
