average at best My experience at Picasso's was not great. In fact I would not recommend dining there. The night I was there, my chicken came to the table cold. We had issues with our waiter who didn't seem to be paying attention to our table. He blamed everything on the kitchen. I would say that the food was over priced for what we were given.
