This salon and stylist is ah-mazing!! She can do it all, relaxers, color, blow outs you name it! I have been following her around for over 20 years. She does great work!
Going to Picasso’s for the first time was a great experience! I went the day before my birthday and Noris did an amazing job! My wash & set with a hair trim was relaxing and felt like I was home. It was nice to make conversations with Noris and get to know the area a little bit. Even a week later now my hair is still holding up very well and thank you for great service! Officially my go to place!!
