I had a tire blowout that did some damage in the wheel well of my Range Rover, partially took off my bumper, and messed up some wiring; it looked bad. Parts took a while to be delivered, but I tell you, Picasso Auto Body did an amazing job. Car looked brand new. Sam helped made a very stressful time less stressful. He communicated every step of the way with updates and kept track on parts with the dealership, kept me in the loop and made the entire process seamless. Sam, I hope they know how invaluable you are. This is such an amazing business! I have a Tesla model 3 and I got into a minor accident that left my front bumper with a scratch. I went to several other locations in the I.E but the prices and customer service did not match what I experienced at Picasso. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly.
