The service is great and the staff is always super nice, but the food here honestly is just not that great. I used to live near the one in upper Darby, when I lived in Havertown. I’ve probably ordered from Pica’s a combined 10 times and every single time the pizza is cold. I ordered at 05:56… Picked it up at 06:07 got home by 06:12 and its ice cold. Just don’t get it
Pica's is my favorite Italian restaurant in the West Chester area! I have had many events hosted by them and been there many times! Their pizza is the best around! I would highly recommend coming here for a dinner with someone you care for!
Food is so good! This is a great place for a date or family’s. The staff is always friendly and welcoming to everyone. This is a great place for all!
My wife and I drove up from Baltimore for some pizza. We ate there. I had to get up to get napkins and forks. We asked for extra lemon in our tea but did not receive it. Our server dropped off a "box' for us to take home what we did not eat. The boxes are flimsy! I grew up eating the Upper Darby Pica's pizza. This place does not compare. Sorry!
Second time visit, first time was not impressed, because I was expecting the same as the original. But stopped in before the Goshen fair and just got pizza and apps. It was very enjoyable, service was great and parking was available. Might stop back soon for an actual dinner.
