I absolutely love this neighborhood and homes are great!
I love this community, my favorite is how dog friendly it is! Also, you can really appreciate the effort from the HOA, all areas of the community are well maintained and groomed regularly. Residents of the community also seem the be very respectful and positive about Picard Farms. Maurice is lucky to have such a welcoming place to live for people. Not to mention you can live here without having to be house poor. The guy that works the sales office is helpful too.
