Once again they tried to charge $37 for a document that should be freely available (the Certificate of Currency for the strata insurance). I called the insurer directly and it took less than 5 mins and it was in my inbox. Not to mention, as the document was not on the Hub where 'scheme information is easily found'...I had to send an email, which apparently costs about $20...so $57 for a document that should be freely available to owners...imagine how many others have had to go through the same routine and costs...
1 of the worse experienced that I've ever experienced in my life when some one from this group doing worse customer. No responsibility for any old customer.
