Liz Latukefu provided truly exceptional service. I contacted PICA feeling overwhelmed and frustrated after two weeks of being messed around elsewhere. Liz listened patiently, understood exactly what I needed and took ownership of the problem until it was resolved—saving me $1,500. She was knowledgeable, efficient, reassuring and genuinely kind. BCS Strata part of Pica Group we’re abysmal and managing our complex and charged fees at every opportunity and then attempted to reappoint themselves to manage the complex - even future dating a contract and stamping it with an owners corporation seal before any resolution is was passed.
