I reached out to them in a moment of crisis. My daughter was struggling with a traumatic loss. I explained the situation at length and thought we had been placed with a licensed staff that had training in trauma and/or grief. Due to the lack of transparency and lack of specialized training with the clinician it created more harm than good for my daughter. We were forced to remove her from services and start all over again. I feel strongly the person we were placed with was operating out of their scope of practice.
I have received services from Dr. Tanya Gluzerman and her associates for more than 8 years, and my child received art therapy there as well. The care they provide is excellent. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and have helped my family greatly. I am a physician and cannot recommend them enough!
I have found this place to be one of my favorite places to go while I am home from school. Each and every appointment I leave with a clearer mind and something important to think about. I began seeing Dr. Gluzerman after a traumatic accident, and since then the level of care I have received has not wavered. She has truly been a lifeline for me since, and the service has been more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Thank you all at Pica & Associates!
Dr. Gluzerman has been amazing for the past 10 + years, helping me through so much. She always made me feel comfortable and understood, and her advice really helped me grow. I can't recommend her enough if someone needs a great therapist.
