Dr. Pica has been a huge help for my daughter, who has experienced a good amount of anxiety. He has a tough-love approach, and it has helped keep her grounded and able to look beyond her current situations toward long-term success. I’ve gone here twice and both times in my life they have really helped me. Mr. Pica helped me figure out I have cptsd and was wrongly diagnosed by another therapist who said I had bpd, thanks to him I’m healing from years of trauma and becoming my own individual. I searched and searched for the right counselor for my daughter.. There are so many options on line. I am happy to say that Dr. Pica was just what she needed. His extensive knowlege and experience was the reason I called. She had individual counseling and we had family counseling. I don't think I could have found a better place for her. Thank you Dr. Pica! Her mental illness was not a death sentance.... even thought it was so scarry at times.

I have worked with Mike for several years now after years of getting nowhere with other therapists. His ability to explain things in a manner that makes sense to me is what makes the difference.
