This was honestly one of the most horrible experiences of my life. THESE ARE NOT CONTRACTORS. Pibi tile was late on everything, slow, rude, and in the end, I didn't even let them finish the project because I was so fed up with everything and took a hit on the money they had already taken from me just so I didn't have to deal with them any longer. Maybe they are good at tile, but not a thing else. Save your money, time, and tears, and avoid them if possible.

PIBI Tile did a wonderful job on our master bathroom remodel. The tile looks absolutely amazing! Rafael helped us pick out the perfect color, style, and type of tile for our bathroom and Luis made sure our bathroom turned out exactly the way we wanted it. Thanks so much Raul for another amazing tile addition to our home!

Do not expect prompt service. I made an appointment a week in advance for tile to be laid at 9:00am on friday. I called the owner at 10 am and he said that one of his trucks broke down and that the tile would be installed at 2pm on friday. I called the owner again at 3pm and he said his guy had picked up some extra work and that the tile would be installed at 8am on Saturday. The tile installer finally showed up at 9:30am on Saturday.
