I went in for an Express Service tire rotation, and l left with feeling violated. Not only did the 10-minute tire rotation take an hour and a half, they performed checks that I didn't even authorize them to do. The most major violation of this was bringing me "my" cabin air filter to show me it should be replaced. Short version: If you bring your car here for inspection and they tell you a list of repairs are needed to pass, go somewhere else for a second opinion. Long version: I brought my car in for state inspection (2013 Impreza; 160K miles). It passed the emissions inspection but failed the safety inspection for the following reasons: parking brake doesn’t hold (which it does), a headlight was out (which it wasn’t), exhaust leak (but somehow passed emissions test), and they wanted to replace the control arms (wear on bushings). The oil light came on and I brought my vehicle to Piazza in Limerick b/c their website said no wait and b/c they quoted the oil change lower than anywhere near me in Paoli. Its worth the extra drive Will G helped me at intake and was very considerate, friendly and on point. He helped me with the bigger picture - there was more I needed to look at than just the oil change and to save money. Will helped me with my many questions and concerns about inspection and warranty, god bless him. They are definitely not the kind of deal... read more
