Terrible experience at this pizzeria. The african guy who took my order at the register had a rude, unprofessional attitude and clearly didn’t care about customer service. Our order was incorrect and several items were missing. When we pointed it out, there was no apology and no real effort to fix the mistake. Very disappointing! I won’t be coming back.
Gas station pizza
I ordered pizzas on Uber Eats for four people, and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it. The flavors were perfect, the sauce was rich and tasty, and the crust was simply amazing! fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Everything arrived just right, and the quality exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the whole team for such a great meal. We’ll definitely be ordering again!
I was told my order would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour while multiple customers after me were served first. It felt like my order was completely forgotten, and I wasn’t prioritized at all. I hope they improve their fairness in serving customers, because this was a disappointing experience.”
I want to take a moment to recognize the pizza girl with glasses who was working during my visit. She was doing an absolutely amazing job! completely alone! handling orders, customers, and everything else with professionalism and calm.
