Pretty awful customer service. We bought CX9 here in 2021. My car has a known issue that was part of the class settlement and has a Technical Service Bulletim associated with it available online, and they are refusing to address it. Also pushed back my service appointment by a month without asking me first. In the middle of the summer.
The service guys are very knowledgeable, trustworthy,.thoughtful, kind, and helpful. They have also done a great job on my vehicle every time I have taken it in for any kind of service.

I've had a good experience here with service. They are honest and haven't tried to upsell me with services that aren't needed (I'm a firm believer in following the maintenance schedule provided within the vehicle owners manual... Not a dealership schedule which is usually way more aggressive than actually required and needlessly expensive). They do good work and the video walk around of your car on the lift is a nice reassurance.
