I've had a good experience here with service. They are honest and haven't tried to upsell me with services that aren't needed (I'm a firm believer in following the maintenance schedule provided within the vehicle owners manual... Not a dealership schedule which is usually way more aggressive than actually required and needlessly expensive). They do good work and the video walk around of your car on the lift is a nice reassurance.
The service department lacks in the area if customer care. Plain and simple. My car broke down nearby, and USAA towed it there. Brian said if I chose to leave it there, he had no ETA to diagnose the problem; "could be a couple of days to upwards of two weeks". Richard the service manager was nice, he recommended for me to sleep on the problem, and work it out in the morning, since this happened in the PM.
