I had a very pleasant experience with the service center at Piazza. They took care of an issue on a brand new Hyundai I bought elsewhere 2 months ago. Piazza went out of their way to accommodate and help me. I will go to them again in a few weeks for my scheduled service because of this wonderful experience.
Avoid if you can horrible!
We were on a road trip, and got a nail in the tire. Stopped here, they were fully booked and behind, but still managed to patch our tire and get us on the road in about an hour. They are absolutely excellent and I'm grateful to them! Ali was the gentleman we talked to.
Took my Elentra in for an oil change and was in and out pretty quick. Thanks to Joe for helping me without an appointment.
Took my vehicle in for scheduled service and recall repairs. The service only required a tire rotation, which they billed me for but DID NOT actually do. I know this because I noted the location of the tires and they were the same after the service appointment. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
