Took my vehicle in for scheduled service and recall repairs. The service only required a tire rotation, which they billed me for but DID NOT actually do. I know this because I noted the location of the tires and they were the same after the service appointment. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
Very frustrating and negative experiences with the service dept. Six month saga. Car comes out with more problems than when we dropped it off. Gaslighting us. We don’t trust them anymore, but other dealership service departments seem to have even worse reviews, so we don’t know where to go. We liked our 2020 Palisade before all this, but would never buy another Hyundai.
Very rude staff. Bad service.
