I posted this on the page for Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, but I want to make sure the service team’s page gets their recognition. I had a great experience with the service team. Fred Boyce is the absolute sweetest. I had an appointment on a Thursday and brought my car in Tuesday, and he was able to get my car seen & serviced on Wednesday! He also helped answer my question on what to do with a broken part of my car remote. Thank you to the service team, especially Fred! :)
Extremely rude staff and impossible to get any update by phone on your car.
We will absolutely NEVER return to this place. The older service writer "Jimmy" was shockingly rude, hostile, and flat-out disrespectful. My wife went in for nothing more than a scheduled oil change and was treated like she was a problem the second she walked through the door. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and honestly just disgusting behavior from start to finish. I had a very pleasant experience with the service center at Piazza. They took care of an issue on a brand new Hyundai I bought elsewhere 2 months ago. Piazza went out of their way to accommodate and help me. I will go to them again in a few weeks for my scheduled service because of this wonderful experience.
Avoid if you can horrible!
