I had not been to Piatti for over a decade. We had a guest from out of town that had hearing challenges and I mentioned that when making my reservations. They kindly placed us in the corner to minimize the chatter and gave us a beautiful view that my grandchildren enjoyed. We went for Sunday brunch. The menu selection was good and the kid’s menu was great. The interior could use a little refresh but we all agree that we had good value. AND the cocktails were quite good. Your basic Italian place. Nice location with a view of the lagoon. Food was generally good although the scampi was underwhelming. Service started out well but then it was hard to get our server's attention. I would go again and try something else.
Very nice restaurant with amazing food!
Relaxing, calm ambiance and the smell of delicious upon entering the restaurant making the dining experience enjoyable. We ordered linguine and risotto today and it was ok. I was expecting a creamy, lemon-y taste from the reviews but it did not taste that, tastes like soup-y rice rather than creamy. The linguine is just okay too.
