Said they'd mail application for housing and it would take 10-14 business days. This was at the very beginning of August. It's August 20th and have never gotten it. I called again and she said we'll you should've gotten it by now so we'll resend it. LOL. Unbelievable
They said I owed them money years ago and come to find out when I did my taxes they took a few hundred dollars , that was last year , now I’m getting a second letter saying they took my state return again for the second time for 240 , the last letter I’m assuming this was already paid off , I don’t know where they are coming up with this debt
I will be suing, they dismissed me and they ignored my emails and phone calls. Approved me up until right before closing their office - it was like 5pm day before lease signing and then had me drive all the way back to them -45 minutes away after me telling them how challenging it was for me to drive that far, after me telling them it was because I have a brain tumor.
