Today is the first time in my 5 years as a customer, I was disappointed with your pizza. My recent order was completely burned. The manager suggested that to bring it back, which is unreasonable given that it’s a 9 mile drive for me just to get a replacement in the same day. It is waste a time and gasoline to go back for the food I pay $35.55.
I didn't even get to order or try the food. Was trying to order for my first time for pickup and the person on the phone was so unprofessional.
