Such a smooth experience! The two gentlemen who came to remove our piano (to be recycled/gotten rid of) were punctual, polite, and extremely quick. We also had a good experience with the Piano Wizards online contact too where we were texted the price of the removal promptly on the next business day since we reached out over the weekend. Unfortunately though, Piano Wizards couldn't come out for about 2.5 weeks. I had a great experience with Piano Wizards. They moved a piano all the way from Green Bay to the Milwaukee area. Throughout the process, there was excellent communication via text messages, and the whole process went very smoothly. They also removed my old piano and gave me a discount, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend them if you ever need to move a piano!

Just had a grand piano delivered from Hartland Piano in Wisconsin to Illinois. Piano Wizards did a great job delivering, setting up and taking away old grand. The guys were careful, professional and accommodating.
