What a well planned, pleasant experience! Everyone was friendly, organized, ridiculously efficient and just genuinely good humans. The 1,000lb antique player piano was out of one house, down several stairs, into their van, across town and up multiple steps to its new home in about an hour! LeeAnn coordinated everything with humor and professionalism, Chad and his colleagues took great care (and threw in a lesson on antique player piano maintenance!).
