I disposed of a piano in my basement it was tight but they did the job without any damage. The price was reasonable.
James and his crew from PianoInside were very quick in responding to my inquires when I was looking to move my upright piano. The move went very well. The movers were careful with the instrument and the surrending furnitures and walls . Piano Inside is highly recommended for moving piano. I have to add that the tuning service is a rip off. The guys who came to do it did know what he was doing and told me that the Piano need tuning every 4 months because it is old. He made the piano completely out of tune. James was professional and prompt. He handled our piano with care and was able to store it while we had work done on our house. Upon delivery he made sure mats were down and our floors were not left dirty or damaged. I would highly recommend his service to others!
James was prompt and professional in his communication as well as being flexible with a few changes on my end. We booked a piano tuning/servicing for as early as possible and he arrived punctually, worked efficiently and clearly communicated what the problem was, what he would need to do and how we might manage our piano situation over the next few years. And friendly, too!
