I recently moved my piano to Essendon. It was a tricky move from an upstairs location, but this was assessed by 2 men prior to making the booking. I was assured there would be no damage and that they have insurance. Unfortunately I ended up with damage to my property. I wasn’t overly concerned at the time as the movers said the office would contact me that day to plan the next steps of fixing the damage to the wall down the staircase.
