Communication was excellent on all fronts: arranging the time, the clarity about fees, letting us know time windows and changes, etc. And our piano made it safely down the stairs and into its new home and sounds amazing.
Great result. Very happy. Everything went well. Moving team great.
Patient, persistent and polite. The door wasn’t quite wide enough to fit the upright piano through in the upright position so they tipped it on its side and got it through. They were so careful with every movement. A job well done
