Piada seems to be trying to be the chipotle of italian food, and they pull it off in an effective and valuable way. Pricing on foods is reasonable, even if I wish the sizing of a small or normal was more prominent. Additionally, service can be slow at times without a clear reason. A friendly worker helped me decide what to get and had a great recommendation to make my choice better. Get the spicy crispy chicken with feta and mozzarella! Good accommodations if you bring a child. A clean and welcoming environment!
My husband and I stopped in for a bite and to our surprise what ended up being a quick lunch outing became a wonderful afternoon experience! Wow. Simply amazing fast food. The salad and rolled Piada's were full of fresh ingredients that you can tell have been purposefully prepared with textures and flavors. The service was outstanding with all welcoming staff, kind smiles, and friendly suggestions. I would highly recommend stopping here after a day shopping the Twin Cities Premium outlets or for a simple lunch out.
