I was introduced to Piada not too long ago, and it quickly became my favorite. The food looks great and tastes fresh every time. I’ve visited a couple of locations, but the Norwood location truly stands out. It has a great culture and a very friendly, welcoming crew. From the staff behind the counter to the manager, everyone is kind and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. You can tell they take pride and ownership in both the food and the experience they provide.
5-stars. Great experience with my to-go order. Ordering and checkout were both very smooth and quick. Shylee and Ethan (everyone really) were friendly and professional, which made the whole process pleasant. Everything was handled efficiently, food is great. I’ll definitely be back!
