Customer service is bad, I have ordered food from the Piada app and at least 3 times I get there and it is not ready even when they get the order 30 minutes in advance. Today was the worse, I got there and they had even started on my order. Then the wrap on the avocado Piada was not even warmed up enough to be a little toast, therefore by the time I got home it was just a soggy mess.
Poor customer service.
This evening on Friday Halloween night I had a great experience at this location. I have been to several locations and this by far is the best. Food fresh, staff friendly, and manager is very generous. It’s been a while to experience great experience overall.
