Good food but they go heavy on the salad dressing.
I left a negative review about my last visit and the restaurant gave me a comp card to try again. I decided to give them a second chance, but when I returned, the comp card didn’t even work. This just added to the frustration and showed me they don’t really stand behind their promises. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
The Preston branch stands out as Piada’s most successful location, thanks to its dedicated team and the exceptional leadership of its head chef.
This location is great! It has been a couple of years since I’ve eaten at Piada and the chicken Alfredo bowl that Haley made was excellent. Haley was so helpful and cared about making our interaction easy. She tossed my kids food in the skillet with care. I would recommend this location
