I’ve never had an issue picking up my food through the drive-thru before—staff are usually friendly. However, during my most recent visit, the experience felt different. The employee who helped me (a blonde woman with blue eyes, I didn’t catch her name) asked for the order name and handed me my food, but the interaction felt very cold and awkward. Absolutely the slowest piada I have ever been to. They only had 1 table sat but still took over 10 minutes of waiting for the staff to prepare a togo order.
