Order was efficient. One of the items had to be cooked to order but was brought out with a large serving and hot.
Ordered a grab n go that was supposed to be ready at 9:15pm. Got there at 9:17pm and watched 5 people have orders made while mine sat there waiting for the protein to be added. I asked how long no one could say. Waited 15 mins and then just asked for whatever protein was already made to be added so I could leave. I would never order a gran n go here because there will be nothing to grab.
The last four times I have ordered from this Hilliard location an item hasn't been in the bag. Not sure why but they struggle putting all of the ordered items into the bag.
