I’m writing this here since there is no response from the office. My doctor is Pia Prakash and I was happy with her, I don’t know why but they transferred me to Adrienne Duncan. Adrienne Duncan supposed to send an order for some tests today first in the morning, now it’s 4:30pm and no order was sent. I’ve called office several times. They can’t help me. Is there way to reach out to the doctor? Can I be seen and communicated by Pia Prakash? Thank you.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and accessibility at this medical office. There is no direct access to any office staff—only an operator who takes messages. Unfortunately, these messages are rarely, if ever, returned. There is no system in place for timely follow-up with the doctor after procedures.
