I have no idea how the services were because after contacting the receptionist twice, they were unable to book my appt at that time. When they called back a day later and another call another day after that they still did not book things properly. The booking dept is very confused and unprofessional.
Nicole is absolutely amazing. I've been going to her for my completely bare wax for a while and she is very knowledgeable and takes her time. You can tell that she loves what she does and you are not just another job to her. She makes you feel very comfortable and you're done before you know it. I just love her.
